Orville Parker

Orville “Ralph” Parker, 70, Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, August 26, 2021.  He was the owner/operator of the Bargain Shack and Parker Music.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Irma Parker; brother, Ricky; and 2 sisters, Roena and Regina.

Ralph is survived by the love of his life, Claire Fox; 2 brothers, Russell Parker and wife, Teresa, and Ronnie Parker and wife, Lila; sister, Revonda Quigley; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at Mountain Home National Cemetery with Rev. Robert Coffey officiating.  Military Rites will be by American Legion Posts 3/265.
