Pamela "Pam" Osborne

Pamela “Pam” Osborne “Pammie” to those who knew her best of Mauldin SC passed away at home surrounded by those who loved her on March 13th, 2026. Pam was born in Kingsport, Tennessee to Donald and Patricia Russell on January 20th, 1958. Pam graduated from Ketron High School in 1976 and married her high school sweetheart that same year. She worked as a hairdresser for many years. She was kind, loyal, and fiercely protective of those she loved. Her favorite role was being big sister, to her 3 baby sisters. She loved to be surrounded by those she loved.

Pam was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years Tony Osborne, as well as their son Brandon. She is also preceded in death by her parents and two sisters Debbie and Cyndi. She is survived by her sister Donna Russell Ryans, and her niece whom was more like a daughter Sarah Russell (Kendra Walker). She was also survived by several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews who held a special place in heart, and a special great nephew AJ.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30pm on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Blountville in the Garden of Prayer. Pastor Ryan Shaffer will be officiating the service.
