Pat Mullins

Pat Mullins, 72, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully at her home, Tuesday, January 20, 2026, to be with the Lord. Pat had lived in Kingsport for most of her life. She retired from the Kingsport Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Pat enjoyed quilting, gardening and taking care of her flowers. She had a deep love for her family.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Nannie Mae Chapman Carroll; son, John Harvey; her husband, John Mullins; brother, Troy; and sister, Charlene.

Survivors include her stepdaughter, Lori Mullins; niece, Ariel Sloan, which she enjoyed doing gardening and flowers with; brother, Roy Carroll and wife, Carolyn; and a host of nieces, nephews and grandchildren; and her best friend, Janice.

The family will receive friends on Friday, January 23, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Graveside services will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Old Kingsport Presbyterian Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be given to her family, to assist in her funeral expenses.
