Paul Arnold

Paul Arnold, 88, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Friday, September 29, 2023.  Born in Kingsport, he had lived most of his life in this area. Paul retired from Hawkins County Press. He was a loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Mae Arnold; parents, Clarence and Cora Arnold; four sisters and one brother.

Paul is survived by his daughter, Rita Wills and husband Donnie; four sons, Bill, Tommy, Rodney, and Granville Arnold; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Special thanks to the staff on the 6^th floor of  Holston Valley Medical Center for the loving care that they gave to Paul.

The family will receive friends from 6pm – 8pm on Tuesday, October 3, 2023, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. The funeral service will follow at 8pm with Pastor Mike Stout officiating.  A private burial will follow.
