Paul "Frog" Sammons

Paul Arvel “Frog” Sammons of Gray, Tennessee passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025 at his home. Paul was born on February 26, 1943 to the late David and Ida Mae Campbell Sammons. 

Paul loved to work on old cars, go to car shows and garage sales. He retired from Baxter Pharmaceuticals. 

He was preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Janice Sammons; and brothers, Donnie and Earl Sammons. 

Paul is survived by his son, Alan Sammons (Renae); grandchildren, Brianna Bowling (Forrest) and their son, Blaine and Bryson Sammons (Kiana); sister, Velma Poore; brothers, Charles and Harold Sammons; several nieces and nephews; and special friend, Matt Seavers. 

A graveside service will take place at 1pm on Monday, January 27, 2025 at Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home, Blountville.
