Phil H. Meade
Retired Army Sgt. Phil H. Meade, 69, passed away at his Mt. Carmel home Wednesday, November 3, 2010.
He was preceded in death by his father Will Arch Meade and mother Virginia Cionowicz.
Survivors include his brother, William A. Meade; step sister, Marlene Church and two uncles: Robert Meade and Burdine Meade.
Graveside services will be held at Mountain Home National Cemetery on Monday, November 15, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.
