Rebecca "Becky" Skeens Walters

Rebecca “Becky” Walters, 94, of Blountville, TN, went to be with the Lord on September 25, 2023, at her residence. Born in Castlewood, VA, she has lived in this area most of her life. Becky retired from K-Mart and was a long-time member of Gunnings Baptist Church in Blountville, TN.

Becky was preceded in death by her husband of 74 years, J. Fred Walters; daughter, Lynn Walters; three sisters; two brothers; a son-in-law, Stanley Blair, and one great-grandson. She is survived by two daughters, Cheryl Blair and Cathy Dixon (Arnold); three grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service officiated by Pastor Bob Ferguson and Pastor Rick Vannoy will be held at 2:00pm on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the Gunnings Cemetery in Blountville.

Family and friends will be pallbearers.
