July 1, 1941 – August 23, 2026
Roy Foulk, beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away on August 23, 2026.
Born on July 1, 1941, Roy enjoyed a long and distinguished career with Eastman Chemical Company. He began his career as a chemist and later worked in technical services, business, and marketing. He retired from Eastman in 1994 after many years of dedicated service.
Roy was a man of many talents and interests. There wasn’t much he couldn’t do. He loved cooking, gardening, woodworking, and golf, and he especially enjoyed spending time at his cabin on Cherokee Lake, where he could fish, work on projects, and enjoy the outdoors.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Neal Foulk and Wayne Foulk, and his first wife, Phyllis Blakely Foulk.
He is survived by his wife, Faye Foulk; his daughters, Robin Carico and husband Brent, and Marti Harrison and husband Greg; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Roy will be remembered most for his love of family, his remarkable ability to make, fix, and figure out just about anything, and the many memories he created throughout his life. His family will forever cherish the time spent together at the lake, around the dinner table, and simply enjoying life together.
He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew him.
A private service will be held for family and close friends.
