Sandra Lee Hite

Sandra L. Hite, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 30, 2026 following declining health. Born in Greeneville, TN, she moved to Fall Branch, TN at an early age and spent most of her life in the Kingsport, TN area.

Preceding her in death were her husband, Bobby G. Hite; parents, Conley and Fawn Price; both brothers, Milton Wayne and Jerry D. Price.

Surviving in life are her sister, Danilla Burnette (Joe); son, Tony Hite (Vicki); daughter, Penny Cox (Tod); grandchildren, Ashley Chatman (Adam), Amber McKee (Bruce), Audra Chandler (Dustin) and Hunter Cox (Brianna); several great-grandchildren and other family members.

Graveside services will be conducted on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. with Cooper Castle officiating, at Rock Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery.

Honoring Sandra’s request for only a graveside service, family request all who wish to attend meet at Rock Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery at 9:45 a.m.
