Scott Guy

Robert Scott Guy, 45, Fall Branch, TN, died at 4 a.m. Saturday, May 7, 2011, at Wellmont, Holston Valley Medical Center. Scott was born in Kingsport and had lived in Fall Branch his entire life. He was a former employee of the U. S. Postal Service working at the Johnson City Post Office.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Lochiel Guy; maternal grandparents, Claude and Lema Dykes; and cousin Robert Bragg.

Survivors include his parents, Wade and Helen Guy, Fall Branch; special aunt, Bea Bragg. Other survivors include aunts Patsy Nugent and husband Raymond, Linda Kiser; and uncles Tommy Guy, Bobby Guy and Bonnie; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 10, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, Fall Branch with the memorial service to follow at 8 pm.

Inurnment services will be held May 22, 2011, at 2 p.m. at East Lawn Memorial Park.
