Shane Mounger
Shane Mounger, 36, of Fall Branch, died Monday, March 26, 2007, from injuries sustained in a tanker explosion.
He was a devoted and loving husband, father, and son.
His grandparents, Erma Mounger and Woodrow Mounger, preceded him in death.
Surviving are his wife, Tammy Mounger,; a daughter, Baillie Mounger; two sons, Mason Mounger and Conner Speaks, all of Fall Branch; his mother, Sandra Mounger, Fall Branch; his father, Woodrow Mounger Jr., Kingsport; a foster brother, Jimmy Marshall, Jonesborough; grandparents, Tommy and Florence Taylor, Kingsport; several aunts and uncles; and many friends.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Homes, Fall Branch.
Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Pastor Steve Pate officiating.
In lieu of flowers a trust account has been set up for the family at Peoples Community Bank. Payments may be taken to the bank at 1706 Highway 93, Fall Branch, and deposited into Account #9898263 or mailed to P. O. Box 181, Fall Branch, TN 37656.
