Shirley "Mamaw" Cash

Shirley “Mamaw” Cash, 87, of Gray, TN, went to be with the Lord and her husband, William D. Cash, on September 23, 2023, at the Agape Rehab and Nursing Center in Johnson City, TN.  A homemaker, she also provided childcare for Buffalo Ridge Baptist Church where she was an active member.  She loved gardening and tending to her flowers.  She loved the Lord and her kids. 

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her son, Donnie Cash, and several siblings. 

She is survived by two daughters, Diana Crawford, and Stanley and Beverly Carpenter; four grandchildren, Amy Jones, Doug Crawford and Daniel and Jason Carpenter; two great-grandchildren, Justin and Allison  Turner; a great-great grandson, Mason Turner; three sisters, Goldie, Libby and Jean; four brothers, Alan, Bobby, Johnny and Robert; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, September 27, 2023 at 2:00pm in the Garden of Devotion, located at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 2630 Hwy. 75, Blountville, TN.
