Stephen "Tony" Bell

Stephen “Tony” Bell, 66, Kingsport, TN, passed on to heaven on March 5, 2019, where he went to be with his loved ones.  Born in Knoxville, TN and raised in South Florida, he had relocated to Kingsport and resided here for the last 10 years.

He was preceded in death by his parents, David and Jean Bell, and brother, Mike Bell.

Tony is survived by his children, Michael and Michelle; brother, Richard and wife, Becky, nieces, Catherine, Jennifer and Kristen, and brother, Mark of Newnan, GA, nephew, Eric and niece, Erin; and sister, Patricia of Henderson, NV and nephew, Carlo.

It was Tony’s wish that there are to be no services.
