Kenneth P. Haynes

Kenneth P. Haynes, 88, Kingsport, passed from this life to his heavenly home on Wednesday, October 26, 2022.   Kenneth grew up in Lynn Garden and graduated from Lynn View High School.  He loved his family, the Tennessee Vols and the Atlanta Braves.

Kenneth was preceded in death by the love of his life, Emogene Hayes; son, Lenny; grandson, Jeremy McMurry; and parents, Jack and Etta Haynes.

Left to cherish his memory are daughter, Donna DeVault (Bob); son, Stephen; special sister-in-law, Jackie Tate (Darryl); 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

As per Kenneth’s request there will be no visitation.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm at Oak Hill Cemetery on Sunday, October 30, 2022 with Pastor Larry Anderson officiating.  Family members will serve as pallbearers.

The family wishes to thank the Dr. and nurses at Holston Valley Cath Lab for their care of Kenneth.
