Thomas Bragg

Thomas E. Bragg, 78, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord Saturday, March 27, 2010, at Holston Manor following a brief illness. He was born in Hawkins County, TN, and had resided in Sullivan County most of his life. He was a farmer.

He was preceded in death by his parents, George W. Bragg, Sr., and Sudie Davis Bragg; two sisters, Julia Mitts and Eula Hall; two brothers, William K. Bragg and James E. Bragg; and a half-brother, James Wright.

Mr. Bragg is survived by a son, Tony Adams, of Greeneville, SC; a sister, Nancy J. Manis, of Kingsport; two brothers, George W. Bragg, Jr., of Kingsport, and Ray Bragg, of Donaldsonville, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Services will be conducted on Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at Hamlett-Dobson, with Pastor Denny Hass officiating. Interment will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park.
