Tony Rex Moffitt

Tony Rex Moffitt, 67 of Kingsport, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, August 27, 2024. He was a lifelong resident of Kingsport and worked for Brock as an insulation installer. Tony enjoyed being outdoors and fishing with his brothers. He was also an avid card player. Tony loved his Yorkie, Tinkerbell. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

Tony was preceded in death by his parents, Keener and Ruby Simpson Moffitt; older brother, Keener “Butch” Moffitt; sister, Marlene Morelock.

He is survived by his wife of 30 years, Patricia Moffitt; brother, Michael Moffitt; sister-in-law, Cathy Moffitt; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
