Wanda Fae Watts Collier

Wanda Fae Watts Collier, 79, of Kingsport, TN, passed away Tuesday, June 30th, at Johnson City Medical Center after a brief illness. Wanda was born in Kingsport, TN and resided there her entire life. She was an avid Tennessee Vols fan. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Wanda worked for Tri-Cities Linen for many years before retiring from Cintas. She was kind and always made friends with a stranger. Wanda was simply the best.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Zola Campbell Watts, and her father, Navarre Watts; two infant babies; and brother, William Watts.

Wanda is survived by her daughter, Amy Collier Landess (Chris); three grandchildren, Jacob, Regan, and Christopher; two step grandchildren, Brandi (Randy), Aimee; two great grandchildren, Ava and Wesley that were her world; three step great grandchildren, Ainsley, Ty, Kason; brothers, Navarre “Junior” Watts (Carolyn), Don Watts (Theresa), and sister Patsy Watts (Jay); and several special nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 3, 2026 from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Kingsport. Funeral services will be conducted at 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Randy Waller officiating.

Graveside services will be held on Sunday, July 5, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at Double Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, 2783 Rock Springs Rd., Kingsport.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
