Nancy Light Seckman

Nancy Light Seckman, 70, Kingsport, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2020.  Born on August 29,1949, she was a 1967 graduate of Sullivan High School.  She worked in real estate sales and brokerage for several years. Nancy was of the Baptist faith.

Nancy is survived by her son, Richard Brookman and wife, Amy of Spring Hill, TN; daughter, Melinda Brookman of Knoxville, TN; grandsons, Aaron Smith of Church Hill, TN and Sawyer Brookman of Spring Hill, TN; granddaughter, Ariel Stewart of Johnson City, TN; her father, Harold Light of Kingsport, TN; sisters, Donna Long of Church Hill, TN, and Shirley Muck (Darryl) of Kingsport; brothers, Steve Light of Lake Havasu City, AZ, Rudy Light (Sue) of Yuba City, CA, and Kenneth Light of Kingsport TN; and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Ruby Brumley Light

The family will receive friends from 3:30 to 4:00 pm on Saturday, February 29, 2020 at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. A Celebration of Life will follow at 4:00 pm.
